# 高階健檢

　　考完期末考後，到台北醫學大學附設醫院健康管理中心體驗了高階健檢。其實一直都很想要花錢做看看，但一直都沒真的行動，想說每年有公司健檢就好，就拖到了今年。真的讓我動手預約的原因是：《這個，我不推》的主持人——Yuli 發現身體有狀況。我自己有些檢查其實也沒有認真在做，來去醫院用儀器檢查吧！

　　健檢這件事一直都有在規劃，因為對於長期的經濟或退休規劃來說，最需要認真評估控制風險的就是身體健康的維持。我需要有一些標準評估現在的狀況，這會影響到保險規劃、職涯規劃、退休計畫。再過幾年，我就會開始面臨家人的醫療支出，一方面也要準備退休金。所以，如果你看到這篇但從未想過這些事，現在開始動手做吧。

　　北醫的健康管理中心體驗蠻不錯的，每個檢查完就到沙發區，然後其他空閒的檢查人員就會到沙發區認領你。環境很舒適，我是覺得不要拿手機出來比較好，放鬆一個早上，享受跟身體的對話，很開心。最後健康餐也很好吃咖啡很好喝。
